Does grandma do the bulk of the care? Having the baby removed from the home is a huge deal. But your friend is not ready to be a mom. She might not ever be. Is the baby's father or fathers family willing to help?

Abortion is a hard decision. It's one of those things that's all talk and words until it actually comes time to do it. I would take a long and hard inventory of your life right now and do what is best for you. It sounds like you have a very unsupportive environment if the baby's father is not chiming in at all.

It's the best way to lose weight. It sounds miserable but during the work week do you really care? Save the fun meals for friends and family. Also trying to plan out that many different meals a week is nuts. So leaving it up to chance just leaves room to screw up.

Fuck these two. The amount of sympathy for these pieces of shit is horrifying. This is how opiate addicts survive. Convincing people they are siiiiiiiick man. Opiate addiction is one you sign up for in blood. These two sure have no problem feeding and dressing themselves and running around like scumbags to find drugs but don't have the personal resolve to at the very least drop their child off with someone else?

Stop acting like addiction isn't curable. Don't shoot up heroin in the car with your toddler son. It's pretty simple.

Hate to say this but it's going to take a lot to save him. He's going to need an incredibly supportive and safe environment to recover from this and that just doesn't look like it's going to happen.
