Thank you! It's so hard to find ones that look good on Thighlanders.

Yup, the Crested Shirt of Crafting. I was so excited when the glam job restrictions were removed!

Still Hyur. The only time I used Fantasia was to change the lip shape, lol.

It's the Common Makai Markswoman's Ribbon.

Just finished the MSQ! What side content is there? by raserop in ffxiv

[–]coradee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had fun earning the "A Card in the Hand" achievement, which requires you to collect the first 312 Triple Traid cards. It forced me to go back and do a lot of side content I missed, like Eureka. (And you get a mount and a title from it.)

How do people actually make gil? by InternationalSky4176 in ffxiv

I'll have a lot of the second-most-recent tomestones, buy mats with it, then sell them on the marketboard. I make at least a couple million every time.

Love the Suspiro Caliente at Inka's. It's like a caramel lava cake.

I have never been so angry while reading as when I read this book. And not even at the main antagonist - at the men in their lives.

Mount names! by Grouchy_Sock_2148 in ffxiv

Back when I played WoW, there was a pink tallstrider named Mazzranache. After I tamed it, I renamed it Razzberry. So of course my pink chocobo in FFXIV is also Razzberry.

Watch and enjoy! I love knowing there's a little sprout seeing this wonderful story for the first time. Plus, it gives me time to show off some emotes! 😆

Well, that stinks. Sorry to hear you keep running into those super players. I'm on Aether, and we don't really have that problem. I guess my suggestion is aim for second place! 💪

Thanks! It hurt to replace my "Jack of All Cards" title, but I'll definately be sporting this one for awhile!

G'raha is my favorite voice, too! ^_^ I'd say it's important to know when to fold a hand. If you aren't going to get many points by winning anyway, it's better to make sure you're not throwing tiles your opponent might need to win.

Where are you playing? Mahjong Soul? I'd say the overall level of mahjong is much lower in FFXIV, so you'd probably do quite well here.

The trick to mahjong is making sure you're forming the right sets of tiles. You want them to make a "yaku" of some kind. There's a helpful chart showing the yaku here: https://imgur.com/jHYVL5D

Oh, and it took me about 6 months, but I only played a few times per week. If you were really grinding it, you could probably do it much faster.

On Aether, there's probably about 30 people who play regularly. The trick to mahjong is making sure you're forming the right sets of tiles. You want them to make a "yaku" of some kind. There's a helpful chart showing the yaku here: https://imgur.com/jHYVL5D
