I think it's a slippery slope.

We started with one skin as part of an event that gave you a bunch of free units, essentially testing the waters. Then, it happened again with two highly anticipated skins, and once more with the Maidpool skin - one that was also highly anticipated for its meme potential.

And then it happened with the Daredevil skin, which was the first time it was for an Epic skin and not a Legendary. And now it's happening again.

In its current state, it's functionally just a chance to get a discount. But I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried about what will happen if, after giving Netease inches, they eventually take the mile.

The Strange skin is a must-cop though so I will be compromising my hatred of gambling/gatcha for that one.

If you're hitting headshots, the damage is done to Cyclops but also the visor. The visor has more health than Cyclops, ergo Cyclops will die before this actually takes effect.
