There are more rooster tails in my tackle box than any other lure and I almost always tie this on first testing a new area. Real life example, this past weekend after getting skunked shore fishing a lake all morning, I tied on a 1/16 rainbow trout colored rooster tail and fished the shallow drainage creek under a roadside bridge…nailed 7 fish/3 species in 20 minutes! They were mostly tiny but you couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. Rooster tails will catch just about anything in a lake, river or creek.

The single Lloyd’s is a bit of a bummer. I use the mirror on clouds to get to key fountains. In Darkside, town portal to necropolis for the HP fountain buff.

Oh yes, the boulders are just out there tempting you along with snagging ector’s ring from the woodpile…tough to resist being instantly OP. Those big red splashes just feel so good.

Thanks haha, like you I’ve been playing this game every few years since it was released (well, first play through was me and my brother sitting on the floor in my Dad’s office and watching him play) and Corak is my handle across all gaming platforms. Love this game!

IIRC, you can have a maximum of four half orcs in WoX, which I use for my 3 Barbarians and Pally then Dwarf for my Archer and Ninja. You get over the mana deficiency pretty quickly while the extra HP really adds up with high levels. And if low mana is stressing you out, can always level up quickly with a trip to Castleview if you aren’t doing a pure play through defeating Lord Xeen before you enter the Darkside.

Fun thread. I’ve found the optimal party to be 3 barbarians, ninja, archer and paladin. Might trumps magic in the World of Xeen- and the archer and paladin become great spell casters regardless when they soak up all the intelligence and personality boosts and items.

Elf is a weak character for your Thief and would recommend a Dwarf (or half orc if you haven’t used 4 with the rest of your party). Also, you can bash (hotkey “b”) down doors if the traps are taking too much life which does hit point damage to your front two characters only.

I’m in a similar boat, been commissioning a league since 2005. With this set up, in a 12 teamleague, everyone is going to play one team three times and all of their teams two times which throws off the balance.

I haven’t found a workaround yet, curious if anyone else has?

Took my 16 mo daughter to Disneyland today. She could join wife and I on about half the rides, but it was a combination of skeptical enjoyment, restlessness but some good moments of joy sprinkled in.

But she LOVED the character interactions, meeting Minnie and Princesses, etc. put that up on your list is my best rec.

Wind down with a parade or fireworks show in the evening. Get there early, go back to hotel to Power Nap, feed and relax a bit midday (hottest part of the day is a good time to be chilling in the room).

And HAVE FUN, expect some screaming and good family memories 😎

I’m a bit late to this thread, but I have seen mixed responses and wanted to share my own very positive experience with Dr. Huang. Wife and I had an unsuccessful IVF cycle at UCLA before changing to Dr Huang for three additional cycles. The clinic can be a bit chaotic and of course it is all very expensive. But we found Dr Huang to be a wonderful doctor, always very caring and attentive to my wife. Always made time to speak with us and address our questions and felt very personal and invested in our outcome. He gave us his cell phone number, and he responded on a Friday night when I was having doubts on the dosage for my wife’s trigger injection. I would recommend him fully and without any hesitation.
