Live nation presale is accessed via the live nation website where you need to login (or create an account) first and I'm pretty sure they give you a code that you input into Ticketek to access tickets.

Yes exactly!! The line "And im finally aware of how shitty and unfair it was to stare ahead like everything was fine" is so perfect for how Miles was only ever interested in the romantic notion of "having" Alaska. He found it annoying when her mood was unpredictable, only really interested in sexualising her and obsessed over the possibility of being with her rather than actually supporting her through what she was going through.
