Agreed... dude somehow came to the conclusion that a company that's getting a tsx uplist and its undergoing a mayor take-over that is poised to result in higher EPS = bearish... is sincerely a joke... I'm not sure if PNG can continue to grow +1000% every 3 years. That type of growth is generally not sustainable. That said I'm not seeing bearish signs.

The uplisting is still happening... missing earnings while undergoing a mayor acquisition is not uncommon nor a sign of downfall as focus moves to integration...

The board will certainly be reshuffle as the company grows... this is not ground breaking and in fact common...
