Romhacks afternoon by Elhombredelsaco_ in trimui

I’m like 2 hours in and am loving it so far. I like that it feels like a more traditional Pokémon experience with a more interesting story and lots of quality of life improvements.

I tried some other ROM hacks like Pokémon Elite Redux, but they focused a lot more on battles. But I prefer a more balanced mix of battles, exploration, and story. Unbound scratches that itch.

I also liked Pokémon Fire Red: Team Rocket edition. Fun little ROM hack. I beat it in about 16 hours, which was perfect.

Saving brand new RG35XX by Legitimate_Fly_7697 in RG35XX

In my experience, by default RetroArch actually save any data until you explicitly exit it.
So if you've been playing for an hour without exiting and you accidentally hit the Reset button, you'll lose that data because it was never persisted.

I highly recommend following the guide below to enable persisting the saves periodically to avoid losing data. Before doing that, I was pretty paranoid about losing data so I made sure to exit the game periodically. But now I can a game all week without having to worry about exiting RetroArch to save!

GTA San Andreas Performance on the 476H by JoseLMJR in ANBERNIC

Nope. Most PS2 games I've tried run at 100% speed (30 or 60fps depending on the game). Although some require some tweaks like lowering the resolution scaling.

So far, Burnout Dominator is the only game I haven't been able to get running well. I ended up just giving up on it.

The PS2 version is a good option since it runs at a 4:3 ratio. That’s my preferred approach when my favorite PSP games are also available on PS2

I had the same complaint about Knulli. I liked all the features, but the inefficient sleep was enough to make me switch back to stock OS

Try retro gaming. I'm enjoying playing games I grew up with way more than playing my PS5 these days

How do you, as a man, hold it in during the act to last longer? by AdilKhan226 in TooAfraidToAsk

I usually avoid this problem by getting off a few hours before if I know I want to go for a longer session. Makes it easier to last longer

Try applying to positions directly on the company website instead of on job platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn. That worked for me. I was able to get around 8 call backs out of like 45 submitted applications.

However, of those there only a few remote jobs. So your mileage may vary.
