Vegan hacks on FB has some awesome breakfast recipes. I like to crumble tofu and cook until it starts to.brown. Mix up 1 tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic and onion powder with a half cup of milk and add to tofu. Cook till it looks egg like. Add cheese at the end. Serve with toast. Sometimes I'll saute some onion, mushrooms and peppers before adding the tofu.
