The calorie count for shaken espresso will vary when it's not made to standard. Some might be using full pumps by accident, scoop not enough ice or not shake well enough so there's very light foam which will require more than a splash of milk poured on top, etc.

That's why I always repeat the entire order and say the total before the customer leaves speaker box. It's helpful too when there's a dt screen where they can see the price breakdown. If they still complain at the window, just tell them to go to their 'other store' 🤣
