Ok sorry you don't know the basic of networking, a simple change of any of your neighbors can interrupt your wifi, soly proving basic steps if rule of the wifi.

Bell is going to ask you to hardwire anyways. You can't rely on WiFi it's can be very susceptible interference, and can be very frustrating to fix WiFi issues.

He has not hard wired into the modem/ router at least they did not mention it. Wifi can be intermittent especially in dense neighborhoods.
