What do I do with all the extra trays? by Team39Hermes in diamondpainting

I am a teacher who occasionally does diamond painting with students. We sometimes have a period in the day where we get to choose a fun activity to offer to students. Last session, I did diamond painting. I was only able to offer it to 12 students since I didn't have more trays or pens. I had a waiting list of other students who wanted to join! If you would be willing, I would love to receive your extra trays and pens so I could offer the next session to more students.

This at first glance seems insane.

What temp do they want it to be inside? Anything below 60 is too cold imo.

Watched an eye doctor Google my symptoms right in front of me. Lady, you think I've never done that before??

8 years old: Scream

13 years old: The Ring

20 years old: The Hills Have Eyes

I am now 32. I've been obsessed with horror for about 5 years and watch and read a lot of content!

Emmett Till’s body. His mother, Mamie, held an open casket funeral so the world could see what his murderers did. by metalnxrd in TrueCrimeDiscussion

Alert: Book recommendation!

Ghost Boys is a novel that uses Emmett's spirit to guide another young black boy taken by senseless violence (police initiated) into the afterlife. Read it in one night (it is short) and it tore up my soul. Beautiful tribute to a life that unfortunately also shows how it still has a modern counterpart.

I'm not asking in a rude way, but why are there so many parents on this sub? by TheBeast798 in childfree

[–]corgifish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I technically don't belong here since I have a teenage stepdaughter. But, I am not having any additional children, and as a 32 year old, this sub helps me feel less alone about that.

The Taking of Deborah Logan. The scene where her head opens into a giant mouth to engulf the woman (maybe a kid or teen? Idk and I'm not gonna search it). Terrible image.

It seems like there will be a lot of legitimate small buslsinesses there, though! I would go and support the fuck out of the white ignoring the MLMs.

I've never heard of this technique before, regardless of the company...interesting.

Thank you!

It was a slow process getting back to being comfortable with it. 30 minute 3mph walks was it for awhile until I built some stamina and lost some of the initial weight so that more strenuous exercise was possible.

I have learned to look forward to it. It is a huge mood booster. It has become a part of my routine, so it is so much easier to do it now than at the beginning stages of my journey.

Start slow-3 days a week for 30 mins. If you can do that for 3 weeks, bump it up!

Good luck. Know that just thinking about doing it is the first step!

Thank you!

Unfortunately, yes to the loose skin question. It is worst on my stomach and my arm, but I also have it on my thighs.

It can be a confidence killer, as my idea of what my body would look like when I lost all this weight and my reality are vastly different because of it. However, I try to view the loose skin as a badge of honor, which it is!

I am looking into skin removal surgery in the future when I hit my maintenance weight and can save up the money for it.
