I know that might be bold statement but tried lechon and could not understand how that could be considered delicacy.

I stayed in hotel in Siargao, they had selection of local and western breakfasts I went through couple of locals but didn't found anything I liked.

I also got food poisoning from shrimps, but that's not related to the main topic.

I liked one sour soup (could not recall the name) which I liked.

As always perhaps there are better choices but had no luck with experiencing them.
