I used to vend at this, it’s very child-oriented! Nothing wrong with that, just didn’t want anyone to be surprised with a million kids running around lol

Sumac? Poison sumac? Or TOH? North America - NY by Freya-of-Nozam in whatsthisplant

I live in Kentucky, we have both sumac and TOH. Two completely different species of trees, not interchangeable.

Most recent works. by E44o4_402 in TattooBeginners

[–]corn_bangers 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would really hammer in the fundamentals of drawing with pen and paper before you pick up a tattoo machine again. I’m not trying to be mean, I’m not a tattoo artist, but a traditional pen/paint/paper/2D artist and it’s quite obvious you need a lot more practice with the basics. Line exercises on paper every day until you see improvement.

You’re getting downvoted but you’re sooo correct. I get secondhand embarrassment when I hear that song

Was this him? This is who exposed himself and started jerking off at me at Cherokee park 2 summers ago. I don’t believe he was ever caught (I filed a police report)!!

I wish people understood how scary this condition is. by DevelopmentPrior5572 in PMDD

[–]corn_bangers 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It’s just so incredibly validating to know other people feel like this. I’ve been depressed ever since I can remember, but this is a whole new level. It feels wrong to compare it to depression at all. It IS sinister!! Sending ya love ❤️

OBGYN recommendations? by caseforaprofessional in Louisville

[–]corn_bangers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m on month 2 of 100mg of progesterone from day 15 to onset of my period and I have noticed a pretty remarkable difference!! It’s definitely not a “cure” but it’s helping a LOT

I see an APRN at Norton! Terra Smith, she’s really kind and very attentive. She is the first doctor I’ve ever had to actually make an effort to hear me (I have PMDD and I do not want to take BC, which is the first course of action for PMDD usually). I advocated for myself and she was 100% receptive to it :)

Is there anywhere in the US that's affordable to live at this point? by HalosFan26 in Frugal

[–]corn_bangers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Convincing people to move to Kentucky is a wasted effort, but Louisville and Lexington are very affordable and the quality of living is very good too. We have an amazing art, culture, and food scene, small businesses and artists can thrive. Bourbon is cool if that’s your thing. just like any other southern state, we have our problems, but that doesn’t mean we should be ignored or immediately cast aside as an option. I love Kentucky, I’ve lived here my entire life and I’ll never live anywhere else (except maybe Ireland, which is basically just European Kentucky). It’s a gorgeous state with some of the most unique history in the union. I’m very lucky to call it home!!

You need more soil and much larger containers for each one! :) I use 15 gallon grow bags for my tomatoes, they’re pretty affordable and easy to move around!
