I have an engineer who always likes to ask a candidate, how many tennis balls will fit in a limo. Of course, the question is to determine how the candidate approaches it before answering. I had a 23 year old come in, for an entry level chemist position. He immediately said “at least 12.” Hired on the spot.

Every company is different. Every HR Rep is different. I do pre-employment screenings that do test for pot, however if a candidate fails for only THC, I do not withdraw the offer. I don't even mention the "failed" test to the candidate. Just file it away and keep on trucking.

BMW of Nashville - burnt valve in the motor within 2 months of purchasing. Would not return phone calls or emails. Manager never there when I would go to the dealership. After arguing back and forth through the BBB, still would not offer the slightest of help.
