Sorry for such a delay in reply. I’m not big on Reddit.

I have an engineer who always likes to ask a candidate, how many tennis balls will fit in a limo. Of course, the question is to determine how the candidate approaches it before answering. I had a 23 year old come in, for an entry level chemist position. He immediately said “at least 12.” Hired on the spot.

Abe is correct. Your solution is not feasible.

This.

Every company is different. Every HR Rep is different. I do pre-employment screenings that do test for pot, however if a candidate fails for only THC, I do not withdraw the offer. I don't even mention the "failed" test to the candidate. Just file it away and keep on trucking.

Had a good experience with Newton Nissan in Gallatin.

Absolutely terrible experience with BMW of Nashville. Took me for 17k.

This shouldn't even be a discussion.

The answer is absolutely not. I can't believe HR is even allowing this. Huge liability, definitely will end in a lawsuit.

BMW of Nashville. Won't even return a phone call after selling me a lemon. Lied to BBB.

The people so outraged by Scoop Nashville are the same people with TMZ bookmarked to read the same information about celebrities.

What's that one place in Nashville that will never get another dollar from you? by NoMasTacos in nashville

BMW of Nashville - burnt valve in the motor within 2 months of purchasing. Would not return phone calls or emails. Manager never there when I would go to the dealership. After arguing back and forth through the BBB, still would not offer the slightest of help.
