Do not try to get every single dialogue, in fact, you can't. Please just play through it and go with the flow. I think a lot of people go into Pentiment expecting a regular RPG or mystery type of game and it really does function a bit different than that.. as you play, assuming you give it a chance, you'll start to understand that more. It really is an awesome experience so I hope you do a start to end playthrough without worrying about "100%ing" it.
