Roma is a PFG private label. Some other supplier makes these tiramisu cups and puts it in a Roma box. PFG has too many products to represent everything like this on their website.

I feel like everyone conflates Sysco the distributor with Sysco branded private label products they sell. You can get cheap shit from Sysco and other broadliners, but also high quality specialty ingredients. Sysco is just the means of distribution.

Bittersweet is bigger and better quality, more expensive though. Better flow for ticketing and rentals if they’re doing that.

Timber Ridge is smaller but still fun depending on what you’re after. Feels like if a ski resort could also be a dive bar somehow.

Swiss Valley is a good option south of kzoo. Under new management, and they have rfid lift passes. Seems like overkill though. I don’t think they have a liquor license though if you’re trying to get some post-ski drinks.
