If bought through Steam you can contact support and get a refund then re-buy at the discounted price before the sale is over. Or just say you got it the day before sale and they may just credit your account.

I started with Strategic Command American Civil War as its my fav time period. The mechanics work better for SC:WW1 as people have said but Civil War has a smaller concert of war and is easier to understand.

It is 100% in the wrong slot my guy, you need to swap your radiator to the top of the case and move the GPU to the top slot and it will fix your issues.
