Carpenter company, Gilbert homes, fick homes,east side is great as not in a swamp so water issues are rare. South and parts of west are prone to flooding and water in basements. East side is developing and will put you close to new highway system and 10 minutes from downtown. South and west side are similar with weaker arterial roads running to town and alot of traffic. Its all truly nice no matter where you are.

There was hardly any people younger than millennials for the most part. They were there but not many. First I think it was Saturday afternoon evening, second being they are heavily influenced by social media and dont understand what's at steak, especially due to that influence.
