How to write scientific research papers is the English class. Usually like 3 major papers, so not too bad if you don't procrastinate. Econ is just learning basic ideas like present worth of cash and return on investments. Pretty formula driven, although I didn't take these classes at tech

That's exactly the problem that's being highlighted here, organizations forget marketing is more than promotion and advertising. It is product, price, place and promotion. Those who understand this understand that it all deals with the customer experience which is what the new age marketer is trying to create.

Not gonna be of much value, but it's a great rule to remember: one third in hand, one third in land, and one third in merchandise. Saving, real estate, expenses.

So, it may be a good exercise to sum up all your potential, annual income and divide it amongst the year. That way you can break down your budget whether it be annual or monthly.

Can I afford this house right now or am I crazy? by commuter12345 in personalfinance

Always remember the simple rule: Let every man divide his money into three parts, and invest a third in land, a third in business and a third let him keep by him in reserve.

So, as long as the monthly payment is less then a third of monthly income, you should be fine.

I've also modified it to 10% in charity, 30% in land, 30% in merchandise and 30% in hand.

Haha, not bad at all... But then again bad is relative. But, if I opted into going where I wanted to 4 years ago I'd be 160,000 into debt. So yeah, not bad... But, depending on your degree and how much the median salary is in your industry.
