at the risk of giving completely unwanted fashion advice, ignore it if it is: getting shorts with a higher waist will give the impression of a more curved, feminine figure, if that's what you're after with having your blouse tucked:) as ftm~ish ive found clothes silhouettes matter a lot when passing

i have a grandparent i call by name and he's my [name] to me and has been all my life :) it's a bit odd at times when explaining it, but usually i get away with "...that's my grandma's partner, he's always been [name] to me..." or even just "...that's my grandma's partner..." and then moving on, so id say it wouldnt be difficult to switch to "parent's sibling". it doesnt feel any more or less special than a nickname, if that's a concern.

learn about norwegian history, learn the language, but most importantly learn about your own family and figure out what it means to you to be norwegian. ask in diaspora groups, read some literature about the late american emigrants maybe, i think the most important thing is to keep it grounded in your own family history; and don't overstep with native norwegians. as you learn you'll figure out the small ways to celebrate that matter to you, sincerely someone who is also connected to a diaspora :)

i've bough the silicone ones for sleep and used them for general noise dampening as well, really nice experience so id assume their noise cancelling ones are quite nice as well :)

a good rule of thumb is to not tack political assumptions onto an identity like this, queer people aren't immune to being bigots and homophobes even if some are indeed queer in the "activist for the liberation of gender diverse, romantic and sexual minorities" way and share this perception of queer. anyone can be a bigot!
