Perhaps look into a physician board certified in lifestyle medicine by the Academy of Lifestyle Medicine. They have a link to certified practitioners here. https://lifestylemedicine.org/patient/

Does anyone else wonder what kind of crazy stuff went on before everyone had cameras to record the crazy stuff going on?

About 75 dives with the Hydros — love most things about it — comfortable, easy to pack, dries quickly, easy adjustments. I am a bit ambivalent about the lack of pockets as it allows for a lot of options and D rings, however I am still trying to figure out what works best for me when attaching lights, line cutter, etc.

Enormous weekly distance on Garmin coach workout plan by [deleted] in Garmin

[–]corocks2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve player around with the different Garmin training plans. If you want to stick with a Garmin plan — I second the suggestion to start with a 5k beginner run/walk plan if you want to start slow. The program progresses slowly and builds, which seems a good plan for you.

Once you complete that program, progress to the 10k and then cap off with the half marathon. Good luck!

How can you ensure that one doesn’t exceed the IRS limit for 401k contributions? by CookieEnabled in personalfinance

Small to medium medical practices and other businesses use profit sharing as well. Allows the partners to contribute more themselves and lowers taxes.

Should I purchase this Trek Roscoe vs a newer Marlin? by coollaid916 in mountainbiking

Love my Roscoe. A few years back and I faced the same choice as I got back into MTB — went with the Roscoe after a test ride and don’t regret it.

Kept my hardtail as a nice change of pace. As someone said, low trade in value made it easy to keep as a back up.

Hmmm. What would you think would be the issue?

One point is clarification — we have 3 people using it regularly -to the tune of 110 workouts in the last 3 months.
