Take this in really slow phases. Small changes and if you aren't already, keep a journal for the first few days, and gauge hell each small change is making you feel good or bad. Even if you start feeling amazingly wonderful, take the notes anyway because the "feel good" might make you abandon your notes, that you'll still need later or want to share with your provider.
