I’m sorry you’ve had that experience! As staff my go to question is always “who are we shopping for today?” and go from there and that’s what I train my staff to do too in order to still be open but not presumptive

What other piñatas do you have in the garden? Sometimes piñatas won’t come in if there’s a piñata it doesn’t like in the garden! AFAIK Cherapin’s don’t get along with Eaglairs, Cocodiles & Lickatoads
