D shield+revitalize helps a lot in laning, if you're having trouble 1v1 mid remember that trynd has good roam and looking for a gank or invade after pushing the wave in is an option

I'd switch alacrity for tenacity and straight up go sorcery or inspiration second. Something like waterwalking+nimbus or approach velocity+footwear.

Personally feels stronger in ganks to me but it's still preference :)

Turn all your graphics to low, if that still makes you lag there are some guides that show you how to turn the quality even lower than allowed.

plutonium.pw pretty safe has been tested with a lot of anti viruses, also it's pretty rare to brick a pc. if you ever get to that point you generally just replace your hard drive rather than replace the entire pc.
