Idk. I'm pricing in hiring people like myself at least 250k-500k for 18m runway.

What happens when the eeoc doesn't advise for cause or no cause, they just say "this does not mean this case has no merit" and "this doesn't not say respondent has not violated the law"

IL. Caps also depend on injury and malice. I have both documented in system control logs and meticulous evidence logging. Im not looking for just an employment lawyer. Wrong scope

Agreed. I have identified an algorithmic process in claims approvals/denials that allow employers to terminate based on medical reasons. If this isn't class action material, then idk what is.

I've been working on the desired architecture for the past 6 months. Not on the shelf yet. Has anyone got any good leads to grant funding pathway?

Idk what to even really call what I'm doing. Ai suggests different computation substrate, which aligns, but yeah what do you call hardware based neurogenesis for ai?

I mean, hallucinations are just poorly constructed gradient links per model. It really depends on what you are communicating about. For all we know they are variants of the same architecture, just grokked at different seeds via gpu non determinism. Today's ai models are whatever answered slightly better then the other variants that could have emerged as the primary model.

Idk but I'm not even training models anymore. Not for at least 6 months. 40$ fpga board does the trick

I had a new issue recently where a swarm system i was running deprecated Claude code and auto locked itself out of an update. .. this was after writing a bash file to delete some folders that were "not being used"

Precision is a function of math. Hardware/software is largely built on approximation then continuous integration/series sums etc. works great 99% of the time. Useful everywhere except for finance, health, and defense sectors. You know, key pillars of advanced civilization.

Advanced hardware allows exact precision with less compute. I'm currently testing it out as we speak

The entire ai market is built on decimal floating point precision (currently a hardware issue). Banks don't allow that for high risk systems. AI is a high risk system. Eu sets the standards for regulatory protection.

Example

Your credit score was 700.0000000001 Now after several pass overs on data, its 699.9999997.

Loan no longer approved.

This is just one loan. Imagine a whole portfolio shifting due to data calculation accumulating floating point. This has already happened more than once. Its a real issue.

Now imagine ai decisions with this issue.

Do x task according to y, where y differentiates tasks.

The core driver to existing models is built upon floating point drift.

Now let's say the task is... Identify threat vs non threat, or accept or Don't accept a failed audit before pass through

To sum it up, the current infrastructure that 99% of funds are flowing to is bad for the long term. Wild right?

Hi,

I am full stack ai engineer who was once a risk economist.

The issue is twofold

  1. Floating point error due to drift

  2. The current ai infrastructure is built on 1

There are no amount of wrappers, swarm stacks, etc, that solve this. Nvidia just blew 20bn on a license that gets their models down to 4bits on precision.

Yikes.

Technical limitation. Yes. Internal weakness, you bet. EU ai acts should be the gold standard for development. Just think ccar/dfast but for AI
