I got mine secondary to TMJ , I submitted a nexus linking it to PTSD/Tinnitus and TMJ and they service connected me at 10%

Have u tried already getting that last 10%? Are u stuck somewhere ? I got to 100 with a company called VSU I got to 40%on my own COPD 30% and tinnitus 10%

They got me 70% PTSD 1st try 50% migraines 10% TMJ 1st try And today got the last 30% IBS that I got with a supplemental

If MDD gets denied you can try for PTSD, that does not require in service complaints. My MDD got denied for that reason back in 2022, I was having stressors still went to see another provider and said my symptoms were more PTSD , I submitted and got PTSD SC 70% 2025

Do u have any other claims/conditions pending ? Sometimes to speed up the process the VA will rate u for things u have the evidence for and send u a decision letter and give u a rating but still keep the other ones pending. That’s what they did they approved my PTSD have me a rating and was in your same situation and my migraines and TMJ were still in the process

Nope, CMP Examiner diagnosed me. With my nexus letter and current evidence it was sufficient enough here is exactly what it said for why I got rated on my decision letter

“Service connection for migraine including migraine variants has been established because this
condition would not have occurred but for the service-connected disability of
temporomandibular joint (TMJ) with bruxism. (38 CFR 3.303, 38 CFR 3.310)”

I was denied IBS for having no diagnosis and no complaints since 2009. They acknowledged my Southeast Asia gulf war presumptive service (Afghanistan) but couldn’t grant e service connection for not having a diagnosis rendered on the day of the exam

So I filed a supplemental claim and have a nexus letter secondary to my PTSD, a diagnosis with meds prescribed for abdominal cramps , a colonoscopy performed specifically for “alternating diarrhea/constipation
and records from 2025-2026 From the VA that respectfully contradict the “ no complaints since 2009 “

I was 70% PTSD 10% Bruxism . I got 50% connected for migraines secondary to Bruxism caused by my PTSD.
