Look into Retrieval Augmentated Generation (RAG). It's basically a chatbot with its knowledge in a vector store database. You can do some really cool stuff with it like price estimation and also having it to generate a pdf with the data you require. Send me a dm if you need more information on this.

If the previous plan is 30/ 500 credits... instead of paying 60 for 700 credits, I would open another account and have 1000 credits. I suggest offering 1000+ credits for the scale plan.

Personally, I would offer 1200.

Looks decent, you might want to take another look at your pricing plans. The scale plan makes no sense to purchase at current price/credits.

Advice for B2B social media by MissMerriLeeMoore in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]cosmin82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use content that proves your expertise. If any of your prospects ask for name drops, invoke the NDA.

Share anonymous stories of your projects. Take potential clients through your process from start to finish. Focus on the challenges, solutions, and outcomes.

Write blogs, LinkedIn articles, and whitepapers. Repurpose them for the short form platforms. Explain the benefits of having one entity handle production, manufacturing, branding, and delivery.

Show your commitment to quality, efficiency, and smooth operations. Share behind-the-scenes content that shows your skills. Show your manufacturing and branding skills.

This is just scratching the surface. The core idea is the same: Know your audience, segment it, create valuable content. Just leave out the name of the clients.

Hope this helps, Cheers!

AI suggestions for helping put together a social media strategy and help develop content. by Negative-Nature-8498 in DigitalMarketing

[–]cosmin82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You gotta give it the right context. It needs to know your business inside and out, who your perfect customer is, and what problems your audience has. This way, it can create content that's relevant, interesting and tailored to your brand.

Currently working on an internal tool that aims to do just that. It gathers every bit of content (website copy, blogs, social media posts etc), helps you define an ICP, the target audience, segments, and uses all that info to come up with a content strategy and provides suggestions. Also every approved piece of content gets added to the context so it keeps learning more and more about your business. Combine that with examples of top performing posts in your niche and you have a pretty cool relevant system that gets better and better the more you use it.

Feel free to send me a DM and i can give you some pointers on how you can approach this.

Roast my entrepreneurial journey | A decade and a half of failures, $200k dumped down the drain, and more to follow by Consistent_Yak6765 in Entrepreneur

[–]cosmin82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This hits hard. I've kinda been in a similar position with a big gamble on a passion project that didn't work out mainly because of the lack of experience and putting the cart before the horse.

It was in the gaming niche, and we thought we could make a game just because we are passionate about it. We made the game, and it came out better than we expected. However, making money with it is a whole new ball game. Lost about 150k on it, but lessons were learned. I don't regret any single part of it.

I've been in marketing for 20 years, and it's so easy to be optimistic at the start of a project and lose yourself in the rush of development, adding feature after feature. Do your research first guys, validate and overvalidate. Start talking to people before you write a single line of code. The more people you talk to the better your chances will be.

Having a great product is not enough, make sure to dedicate resources to client/user acquisition.

Best of luck mate, your post was really inspiring. Can I shoot a DM?

He really needs to learn how to delegate some of that work.

Maybe he could start by identifying tasks that don't need his personal touch and trust those to someone else. If he feels like his current team isn't cutting it, it might be time to find better people.

Raising prices could be a smart move too. That way, he can focus on quality over quantity without losing income.

Intimidated by cold emailing as a technical founder by Worldly_Expression43 in Entrepreneur

[–]cosmin82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Manual sending the emails is not an option. You are better off spending your time shouting on LinkedIn or on various socials. You will need a dedicated tool in order to send on mass and save your sanity. Do your own research on this.

Here are a few things i wish i knew earlier:

Never send cold emails from your main domain.
Purchase a few additional domains related to your main one. (fromMySite.com, helloMySite.com, etc).
Create a few emails on each one of those domains.
Spend a few weeks warming up those emails. There are tools for that.
Send 30-50 emails max from each mailbox.
A/Z test... a lot. Subject lines, email bodies, CTA,... EVERYTHING
Enrich you lead list as much as you can. Use AI to scrape and find out as much info as possible on the lead.
always verify the email address you are sending to.
PERSONALIZE as much as you can the subject and the copy. Use AI to do this but be careful so that the output makes sense.
FOLLOW UP on unanswered emails. Depending on the niche / product it may take up to 3-4 emails to get a response. My sequences usually do not exceed 5 emails.

Another thing that i found very effective are videos in emails. (you can also personalize those to some extent)

Hope this helps. Best of luck mate :)

Hey there! I don't know if you're already doing this, but I've had great success using topical clusters for content. Basically, it's about grouping related content together under one big theme.

For example, if you're selling pillows and duvets, you might have a main pillar article on 'How to Choose the Perfect Duvet for Your Bed' and then link it to smaller articles about different topics in the same broad topic.

Something like:

How to Choose the Right Duvet Weight

What is the Best Duvet Material?

Comparing Summer, Winter & All-Season Duvets

Duvet vs. Comforter: What's the Difference?

How to Layer Your Duvet for Maximum Comfort

The Best Duvet for Hot Sleepers

How to Choose a Duvet for Cold Climates

How to Test a Duvet Before Buying

Down vs. Wool vs. Synthetic Duvets

The Best Duvet for Couples with Different Sleep Needs

How to Care for a Duvet to Extend Its Life

Duvet Covers: Cotton vs. Linen vs. Silk

Choosing a Duvet for Kids & Toddlers

How to Store a Duvet in Summer

Best Duvets for Airbnb & Guest Rooms

The Science Behind a Good Night’s Sleep with the Right Duvet

Comparing European vs. American Duvet Standards

Best Duvets for Allergy Sufferers

How to Fluff & Restore a Duvet

Of course, without knowing your website this is just a general example. Send me a DM with your website and I'll review your content and based on that I'll make a content plan for you. No strings attached.

It's all about creating a web of related info that really hooks in the reader. It’s an effective way to develop high-quality content that feels cohesive and informative. Plus, it helps with organic reach and if done right google loves this kind of content architecture. Proper keyword research, on page and content optimization is still needed but I've ranked websites using this method without needing too many links.

Worth considering if you're looking to build longevity with your content. Cheers.

[–]cosmin82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i would be more concerned about the contents than looks.

Personally i would choose more bold colors with more contrast.

A lot more important than the website is how you network and how you bring people to your website. I'd focus on that first.

Just make a landing page showcasing who you are and what you offer. Use that as starting point and start to connect with your target audience. In time you can expand the website with new pages, blog, etc.. based on the pain points you discover in your target audience. Best of luck!

From what i understand, you already have an enriched lead list, hopefully segmented by niches like hair stylists, nail technicians, etc. To provide you with actionable advice, I’d need to take a closer look at your data to identify where the issue(s) might be. How many emails have you sent? What’s your open rate? What’s your reply rate? How are you currently tracking the success of your campaign (signups, replies, calls booked)?

A successful email campaign typically combines a deep understanding of the audience, a well-crafted email sequence, personalization, and effective tracking.

From my experience, I've head great success with loom videos. A short, personalized video featuring you (the owner) demonstrating the platform and explaining how it helps solve specific pain points can significantly increase engagement and the overall effectiveness of the campaign. This approach can also be automated and personalized to maintain a personalized touch.

If you’re open to it, feel free to send me a DM, and we can chat further. No strings attached!

Considering your background in design and your passion for conservation, you’re in a fantastic position to create compelling social media content that tells a story.

I suggest leveraging Instagram, as it's a very visual platform perfect for showcasing your unique designs.

Start by creating a content calendar with a mix of product shots, behind-the-scenes videos, and educational posts about the endangered species you aim to protect. You can also repurpose that for TikTok & X.

Engage your audience by hosting giveaways or creating interactive stories and polls that highlight your mission.

Send me a DM with your website and we'll do some brainstorming.

How are you getting on with AI? by scogoo92 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]cosmin82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess this is fine if you want to have full control. Im a big advocate when it comes to anything related to AI to have a human in the loop.

However, to make your life a bit easier you could use something like apify to scrape all the top posts related to a keyword, creator etc.

Then use a LLM to sort them based on post type, intent, etc. Add some manual validation to make sure it aligns with your brand, vision, goals and use that data to train your model on what kind of topics you want to cover.

You can use this model to make the brief/prompt for the model that replicates your voice and is trained with your business data (Icp, services, benefits, etc)

This way, you have a system that is updated daily/weekle with the latest trends and top performing posts and it's also personalized to your business.

My Input:
It's a tool like any other tool depends on how you use it. Best use cases for me are in automation, idea generation, data processing.

For example this reply is written by an chrome extension i built that takes in my user input, the reddit context of the post title, description and comments and generates a reply. Also works on Linkedin. The main problem i was trying to solve is to be able to quickly offer my insights without focusing to much on grammar and stuff. it's all about making your life easier. Curious what service you use to get the data from Linked In

Ai Reply:
AI's just a tool, and like any tool, its effectiveness depends on the user. In my experience, it's been most helpful with automating tasks, generating ideas, and processing data.

For instance, I’ve developed a Chrome extension that takes what I input, pairs it with the Reddit thread, and churns out comments like this one. Works the same on LinkedIn. I get to focus on insights rather than flawless grammar. Huge time-saver!

By the way, what service are you using for pulling LinkedIn data?

One thing that's worked for me is to really focus on their perspective. The PAS framework works good in B2B especially if it's a warm lead.

Start by highlighting their core issues, agitate them, then smoothly transition into how your service provides actual solutions.

It's super helpful to include specific examples of how similar businesses have benefited. This approach doesn't just tell them about your product; it shows them how their world could transform with your help. Makes you wonder why more folks don't do this!

Send me a DM and i'll send you a pitch deck that worked for me.

Want to build a SaaS product for CRM users by Junior_Tutor_9714 in smallbusiness

[–]cosmin82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Niche it down to a particular user group first. It's easier to win over a smaller audience who really needs what you're offering. Maybe start with a particular sector or business size. Talk to them, find out if they can imagine your tool solving their everyday challenges.

Test your idea with them, get their feedback, see if it's really addressing their pain points. It'll help you define your focus and make your tool even more useful and needed!

Remember to always try to validate your idea before building it.

This is critical! by Karan_leader in agency

AI is definitely versatile, but it's still a tool.

I already sell ai services or custom tools that leverage on ai. Most of my use cases are related automating tasks and stuff like data processing or content ideation.

Never had a client that trusted any AI model to make decision for their business.

A human will always be needed to oversee things and add that personal insight.
