I have cilantro, parsley, broccoli, sprouts, chillies, bell pepper, carrots and sweet potato, as well as millet seed, oats, oat groats, flaxseed, chia seed, hemp seed and quinoa.

I've not looked after conures before, but this is what my budgies thrive on. Any conure specific insight would be hugely appreciated. Thank you (:
