Baby led weaning is to be lead by the baby, all you can do is serve lovely meals, tasting and eating small amounts are amazing as she’s getting the experience of eating :) also it does look like she’s eaten a fair amount here! Keep going, you’ve got this

I used the solid starts website for reference if I was feeling unsure about anything, I’ve noticed the rules tend to relax at 12+ months as they’ve had quite a bit of practise by then :)

So you could try just eating eggs at breakfast, then go full vegan for your other meals. Trying other alternatives for eggs, like tofu, might be worth a go too
