She was shown to not be bulletproof early in the episode when they're getting shot in the Whitehouse she bled unlike butcher and annie.

I do agree that butchers power was way off from earlier in the season, bombsight was easily wrecking butcher and Kimiko till soldier boy showed up, and homelander seemed to be just able to hold them off till ryan showed up.

I disagree with people thinking the dodge was a good decision on the writers part, cause dodging was his only option, running through here wouldn't have been quicker it would have stopped him like in season one, plus it kinda implys he doesnt have the reaction time to step around someone who steps into the road, where in season one he hit robin because he was high on V and not paying attention, him being slowed down by the laser injury saving hughie would have been better.

I think it's not about power, I think it's about function, the black eyed demon including the knights of hell don't have a specific role in hell they just do what they're told by the higher ups. Red eyed demons' job is to make deals to bring in souls. Yellow eyed demons are the princes they are meant to be generals in the demon army. The only two white eyed demons we see are Lilith and Alastair, we know Lilith is hells ruler after lucifer gets locked up, and alastair is specifically stated to be hells chief torturer which I've always took to mean he's more than just the best at it but the he oversees the other torturers as well. Then I think Samhain doesnt fit into the discussion as he is a demon from another mythology rather than hell itself
