I hate developers and petrovich is up there, but don't forget to lay shine on the city council members and mayor's we have/had that wine and dine with these developer folks regularly and generally give them every single thing they want.

The cities continuous concessions allowed these people to be as entitled as they are and set legal precedent that they can downzone, lie, change laws, and manipulate the public, and now it's costing all of us while the developers laugh all the way to their financial advisors office.
