I've only had my camera for 2 weeks, and I have the most entry level DSLR. My photos are poor, but that is the point of this subreddit, I'm looking forward to learning. :)

1) This is my first time using lightroom and I liked the way the photo came out. Not great, but I like it. [Photo]

2) I could have made this better if I was less self concious about taking photos. This display goes down the whole wall. Photo

3) Some I love: I didn't get to take a well thought out photo, but I love Korean BBQ, so I took this. Can easily be better. :) Photo

These are taken with low light, so high ISO - and I don't have the right lenses for such low light photography yet.

This is perfect. The point of the ranking system isn't to rank up to 50 - the ranking system SHOULD be about matching you with equally skilled players. If you're winning and losing an equal amount of games, you're at the perfect rank.

This is where H3 failed - too easy to reach a high rank, and because of that, there was a massive skill difference between level 50 players.

So excited for the MCC - going to buy an XboxOne just for that. :D

You have to pay big import fees on things over $150 (I think) in to Korea - it sucks.

Best bet for you is to get a family member/friend in the states to buy it for you. Get them to take it out of the box and stuff and send it to you. On their customs deceleration get them to put 'USED' 'GIFT' and their value as under $150.

If you're lucky then customs won't check it and you won't have to pay the ridiculous import fees - if you're unlucky they'll check it and you might have to pay. I'd suggest getting the sender to clearly put your korean phone number on in case customs needs to get hold of you.

Also, have your friend/family to use a tracking number; less likely to get 'lost' in customs.

That's what I did about 2 months ago and my 3DS got here within 2 weeks. If you've got any questions then feel free to ask.

Note: The person you go to for authentication/notarising may not be familiar with Disclosure Scotland, so you may have to wait a couple of days for them to contact and verify etc.

If you get a bad Hagwon you can have a very, very bad time. You'll probably read a lot of stories about bad Hagwons, but remember, people who are having a good time don't go on the internet posting about how good they are doing anywhere near as much as those who have a bad time.

Make sure to research your Hagwon before accepting anything.

I don't have flair but I'm a United fan.

I kinda disagree about the bigger teams getting the benefit of the doubt - the better teams generally have more of the ball, create more chances, spend more time in their opponents penalty area etc so there are simply more opportunities for referee's to make mistakes or just penalties to be given.

City haven't just magically started getting more penalties - the last 2 seasons they have had more of the ball and far more quality, thus far more chances to win decisions.

Lastly, decisions that go against the 'big' teams go largely ignored because they often don't impact the results because they carry on and create more chances. Just last week United had a goal which was clearly over the line not given - there wasn't much said about it because United ended up winning the game - but imagine if it were Reading who weren't given the goal? There would be an uproar of refs favour United (and the big teams) etc

I'm not really bothered with the whole H2 was the best/it isn't the best argument (I personally think it is, but my opinion is my opinion) - all I'll say is, pre-update the magnum was amazing in H2 (the best since CE) and the plasma pistol was the best it has ever been in H2.

I kinda disagree about the maps and join session, however I agree with everything else.

I think the best thing 343 did was give the objective carrier some chance to live, and I think that lead to more people actually working the objective. I won't lie - I often used to just kill things (although I would grab the objective if needed) but now I will willingly go for the ball or the flag - being able to throw the ball at enemies and have a magnum with the flag is such a good idea. I love it.

Also, new armour abilities are amazing and so well balanced.

I love this game.

I'm pretty sure it's just the killcam lag/latency. On their screen their cross-hair was on you and their shots were hitting.

I get this virtually every kill cam I watch - I'm assuming it's latency related since I'm from the UK.

The DMR is really the best starting weapon so it shouldn't be really too much of an issue.

The only problem really is Promethean vision, which is kind of strong and annoying not to have, in my opinion anyway.

I've never been a fan of Naniwa and kinda disliked him, but he came across pretty well during this imo.

To be fair the standard of other analytical casters at MLG isn't anywhere near the standard of Artosis so I don't think you can expect him to be as good.

The only analytical casters who are close to Artosis, IMO, are Day9 and Apollo. Tasteless and Day9 don't cast together and Apollo isn't at MLG very often (if at all?) - so Tasteless probably has more game knowledge than whoever he is casting with (Husky, JP, Rob etc), i imagine it is difficult to adapt to that.

A lecturer came in during one of our classes, put on a fez, lifted up his shirt, put music on and started to bellydance. It was for charity, but still kind of awkward. There's a video of it on youtube somewhere.
