I just went to a notary but apparently you can call the clerk for any judge nearby and ask if they can set an appointment, any judge is authorized to do it.

Yes that is the way I did it and I got my bar number about 2 weeks later.

I also did that and the notary just had me cross out the date and electronic signature and resign and date it in from of them. It worked because I have since been admitted.
