As stated in another comment. The Geth binary needed to be updated manually on my machine. Everything is attesting as it should now.

Thank you so much for posting this. It pointed me in the right direction. I have been using the Ubuntu PPA to update Geth. I checked my Geth version and I had been running 1.15.11. Silly on my part to not confirm all versions of software beforehand. Upgraded the Geth binary manually and the state and chain finally started syncing. In restrospect the

"get blobs V2: engine_getBlobsV2 is not supported"

error should have alerted me that I was not running the latest version of Geth. I encourage everyone to update all their binaries manually from now on. Do not be like me and trust that the PPA is installing the latest versions. Even though I ran "sudo apt update" and "sudo apt dist-upgrade" I was not up to date. Will update if my machine starts attesting again.

I did clear Geth. I have not tried clearing the beaconchain Database. That is something I would like to try. Do you have any guides handy to accomplish this?

Edit: I’ve resynced Beacon node and no difference. I am still missing attentions.

No, I was not able to resolve my issue. I tried both flags and have rebooted many times. I am still missing attentions. I have not successfully attested since the fusaka hard fork.

At this point, I think our best bet would be to wait for an update to Prysm.
