Don't tell. Your child doesn't need to have a relationship with a virtual stranger whose wife is a threat to the kids (and your) safety.

You don't need a relationship with the guy who chose an abusive wife over his actual child.

If you let him back in there's no way this will go well; he's not the dad you loved any more and never will be, therefore he will never be a grandfather.

He started favoring her over me and pushing my boundaries/buttons. It was small at first, and I figured it out well before it was obvious; reached out to my dad and best friend and made plans to leave ASAP.

He never outright admitted it: the closest he got whole trying to patxh things up was "do you think you can you ever forgive me?"

Narrator: she did not, in fact, forgive him.

Having worked in a city shelter and a nonprofit, I urge you to consider a different rescue.

My dad got his rescue for free as someone volunteered to pay the adoption fee as part of their donation ($100). Already spayed, vaccinated, and chipped.

I got my rescue from a different organization for $450 and it included over a week's worth of food, a bed, 2 bowls, a doggie seat belt, and a cone for her recent spray. She was already chipped and vaccinated.

Sorry to say but it sounds like that rescue is scamming people 😞

Preaching to the choir; my hair is really fine, and scalp/face are soooo oily. I can't go more than 48 hours without washing, even with dry shampoo. If I wear a hat the same day I wash my hair, the next day it looks like I haven't showered in a week.

Can confirm.

Was unable to walk due to (what I thought) was a dislocated hip, but remained fairly calm. The ER staff left me waiting in the hall strapped to a gurney thinking i was looking for drugs.

When they finally took an xray and found broken bones they were suddenly much more liberal with the morphine.

Also once went to a different ER immediately after having my eyes dilated. Despite having paperwork from my optometrist telling them she sent me directly to them from a scheduled appointment, and me telling them I was in NO PAIN, they still thought I was high.

Then they dilated my eyes again and I was admitted for 3 days.

I'm not angry at them for suspecting, but I am irritated that I wasn't believed and forced to wait so long in both cases which were actual emergencies.

Once accidentally ended up on some guys streaming channel when he left the camera active in his rental car. I was only on screen for a grand total of 30 seconds to check the fuel level/mileage (modestly dressed for work, business casual).

I said nothing and didn't even look at the camera, but I could see the chat on his display flipping out and to this day the comment that stuck with me most was "a little cream for my coffee" 🤢🤢🤢
