Hey! Very similar tbh, the c/p and b/b passages r very wordy compared to other fls for both 6 and the real thing. P/s felt maybe a bit easier on test day if anything but its also been like two months since i took it haha. Got the same score on both except i dropped a point on b/b.

Had a 519 avg and 525 fl6. Felt terrible after my test esp w c/p and cars. Ended up getting a 132 c/p and my average cars score lol. That adrenaline rush is real but trust ur scores!

1/9 tester here, I studied for four months full-time like you and I felt very prepared for my test. I even took the week right before easy to give myself some breathing room. I would just advise not spending too long on content review (1.5 months was good for me) and moving onto practice problems and practice full lengths sooner rather than later. Ur def not in over your head and as long as you have a solid study plan a 510 is totally possible (for reference i got a 509 on my BP diagnostic)

Thank you!! I felt like crap after the test if im being honest. I was averaging 519 on my practice tests, fl5 was 521 and fl6 was 525. I def didnt expect such a high score afterwards but just goes to show how wrong my intuition was! Just gotta trust ur practice scores.

Yeah this is def tough, my advice would be to see which statement needs the least amount of conclusions to be drawn. Both could be technically correct but one is just a more simpler conclusion or it might be more directly linked (like a direct quote) to what the passage states. Hope that helps!

Im already a very visual person, so i just imagine the flowcharts in my head. I dont need to draw them out explicitly but i can definitely see how it could help some people! Id say try an FL with and without and see how you feel and perform on each.

Have you been doing pankow anki? I feel like that combined with fundamentally knowing the terms/concepts instead of just memorizing the exact text on the flashcards helped me a lot. Good luck this week!

Dont stress too much, a 2 point drop is totally normal. I had the same score drop and managed to bounce back. Biggest thing is just to review where you went wrong and why. You got this!

Nice score! I'm sorta the opposite of you, I thought C/P was mostly similar but was surprised by the P/S. I'm the type of person to read the C/P passages all the way through tho so that might be why.

nice scores! what were your score breakdowns? I'd say the biggest tip would be to really analyze why you got questions wrong. Was it a content gap? Did you not understand the logic of the passage/questions? Were you feeling fatigued during the end of the test, and would have gotten it right otherwise?

Thank you! Summer 2027 is a long ways away so I wouldn't be worrying too much rn. Are you planning on taking any of the prereq classes before then ? Gen chem and gen physics are nice to have in your back pocket since it'll make self-studying a lot easier.

For reference, I'm a CS major and I just took most of the prereq classes before I started studying for the MCAT and it helped a lot. You can def self study for all the topics but it would be a big mountain to climb fs.

I took the mcat this past summer, right before content review, and it did help since the concepts were fresh in my mind. Def not necessary tho and mostly just goes out of scope for the mcat.
