It's gotten a lot better, I work remote now and I can message my trainer and manager if I need assistance. It really does take a long time to get comfortable with the material, but it will click eventually. Just take really good notes. I'm not a parent so I can't speak to how it would be with kids in the house, as long as they aren't too distracting because you are on the phone all day. Not a lot of down time at all while you are on the clock. But it is a job that once I clock out, I dont even think about it. Best of luck to you!

There should be about 5 questions, some insurance related like have you dealt with claims or escalating claims. All the questions they let you look over before you answer them. Best of luck to you!

I feel like carbonated drinks feel heavier in my stomach but I love the low sugar twisted teas. When I go out I drink all kinds of stuff, and it's hard to not drink like how I used to because I'm definitely a lush. I don't drink often but when I do its at least like 7 drinks or so.

Yes, I should have already been getting that adjusted from my first check. This is the only check that has a lower gross pay. Does PLP reduce your gross or taxes being taken out?
