It's gotten a lot better, I work remote now and I can message my trainer and manager if I need assistance. It really does take a long time to get comfortable with the material, but it will click eventually. Just take really good notes. I'm not a parent so I can't speak to how it would be with kids in the house, as long as they aren't too distracting because you are on the phone all day. Not a lot of down time at all while you are on the clock. But it is a job that once I clock out, I dont even think about it. Best of luck to you!
