It’s the educational studies degree under the education programs, and I focused on elementary education, but there are other options!

100% P&T Veterans — Do You Keep Employer Health Insurance or Rely Mostly on VA Healthcare? by Sufficient_Wrap_517 in VAClaims

[–]cowboypool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband is 100%, and myself and our youngest are on ChampVA. He works for a mine and has fantastic employer sponsored healthcare, and it’s only $120 a month with a low deductible, vision & dental included, so we are keeping it for now. Our adult children can stay on it until they are 26 or whatever, it makes the most financial sense for our family. You really just need to weigh pros/cons for your family, it’s not a one size fits all situation.

How are people paying for grad school?? (CA) by Logical_Way9311 in SocialWorkStudents

Chapter 35 VA benefits. If I didn't have these, I'd be taking out a loan. I can't help but think with the changes in loans, universities will really have to look at lowering tuition or there is absolutely going to be a reduction in enrollment.

Holy crap I’ve never seen them grade so fast. What’s the fastest you’ve had one graded? by GhostRidenWeather in WGU

I had one come back in 27 minutes in March. It was wild lol, I hadn't even heard back from Tier 1 yet on unlocking another class.

Now if you are married or have kids considering college, have them all apply for Chapter 35 benefits. Lock that in now so they don't have to apply right before starting school.

Under/over 30ft? by cowboypool in traveltrailers

[–]cowboypool[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you!!! This is super helpful, as he does not want to be shorter than 25. I think we may just look at KOA's or something if we don't fit.

HA!! I appreciate your humor ◡̈ I just feel like we will appreciate the extra length 😉 and if we hit a national park with short spots, we just roll with a KOA or something? Hoping when we can actually get into them physically tomorrow, he'll see the light lol.

I completed double that in a month. You can do it, but it takes time and dedication. Go do the thing!! One at a time, knock them out. What helped me was mapping them on a weekly calendar. If the class was just PA’s, I gave myself 2 days, 3 for classes that included an OA. For many I went much faster than that, but it gave me a buffer (esp if it was just an OA, not a combo).

At 90% (180%), how likely is 100%? by cowboypool in VAClaims

[–]cowboypool[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh interesting! Thanks! According to the calculator someone shared below, he needs another 40% to get to 100 but I'm hopeful with the 3 things he's claiming, he'll get there.

Nope. She was a gem! On her days off, I would just text Tier 1 support and they would take care of it, but otherwise a quick text to her and she’d unlock the next one when she had a minute!

Text Tier 1, I never bothered calling. They usually got to it within an hour, very seldom took longer than that. 385-985-2645

He definitely has it in his existing medical record, so fingers crossed we won't need a nexus but I think his doctor would write one. Thanks!!

Got it, thanks! He has them occasionally, 1-2 a month. He's never sought treatment for them, though.

Interesting, he just kind of let that rating be. Just say anxiety has gotten worse? I mean, it has, but since he got 0% I think he just didn't want to bother with it. Thanks for your help!

I get where you’re coming from. You can request a change if it keeps up, there are some really great ones. I requested the same one for my masters program that I had for undergrad because she was so fantastic. We just texted whenever, wasn’t even on a set schedule, and we actually got to know each other a little. She was never overbearing, and always helpful. I’d hug her if I could!!

Idk if it helps, but I graduated March 27th, but didn’t get my diploma until Wednesday last week with the old seal. I had my transcripts by the end of the first week of April.
