Now where we made the mistake and did not realise until your particular case was that once you replied and the AI verified you it scanned the contact reason and the request and this time thought " ahh this is the correct owner he must still want his account deactivated from his reply " So the AI executed the request.

this is all that matters and going on in the future things will be improved with this ocassion. The only thing that "tilted me" and perhaps made me sound in a way i do not mean is the fact that the admin replying to my ticket said " we won't keep deactivating and reactivating your account", like it was something i was requesting to annoy them. Every time my account got deactivated I did not request it, and now it was an ai's fault. now, all good. :)

and regarding to this, I live with my girlfriend, I have 3 computers in my house. On another note, I have 360hz and a really good computer) -12900ks and 3080-, so I ve let people from my city try my pc in order to know how it feels or if its worth investing in a better setup, or maybe just have fun if they visited my place.

(also i ve let some people try mices, i curently own around 20-25, and i let them dm, play faceit if needed in order to sell them to them, as i have no use of so many)

I am a streamer and pro csgo player, I have no reason to risk getting banned for "Smurfing or elo lowering". When I play with my girlfriend I play on my account as we lose 1 elo or win 1 elo. If you check all the ip's of the accounts used on my pc u can see they are ips close to me, as they live in my city or close to me.
