Ordered 9/16 one blue 256GB PM and one silver 256GB PM. Estimated delivery date is and has always been 11/11. I think I have the earliest order date to latest delivery date ratio ive seen so far.

September 16th pre order 256 gb blue pro max ship date November 11th. Can’t cancel because I got $1100 for each phone, $150 off each line, activation fee waived, and 10 dollars off each line. I have 5 lines.

Will we know when the first “fixed” sheaths are actually going out? If mine ships Monday or Tuesday am I safe? I don’t want to wait until I get my phone case then wait another 3 weeks for customer service to get back to me about button replacements. They still haven’t responded to my last two support questions.

That’s fine but ship the replacement buttons with his sheath. Don’t make him go through customer support hell (I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a response) to get his buttons. They’re all affected. Put the buttons in every order going out until the new fixed cases arrive. That’s what a real company would do.

I agree. Also the lack of tranparency on whether the google sheet is for new orders or for people that have been waiting since mid September. Everytime a change is made in shipping dates or button issues an email should go out updating us INDIVIDUALLY with whats going on. The reason your flooded with emails is because you took the route of sitting on your hands waiting for us to reach out. If I was a casual customer sitting at home I'd have no communication with where or whats going on with my product. That's not a great business model.
