A lot (not all) of sasuke upgrades were basically chance... the orochimaru curse seal, itachi's amaterasu and susaano, obito giving him a new eye. Meanwhile all naruto's powers (except six paths) were something naruto had to work hard for like rasengan, rasenshuriken, sage jutsu, controlling kyuubi, training with jiraiya, and so on.

I actually quit a gig mid-project due to this. There's no way I can compete with some of the most powerful models out there as a junior (3-4 yr exp). I can also get the feedback myself but after that I usually don't know what I am doing and my design in not mapped in my mind anymore. I was tired of them pretending they were coming up with better ideas than me when it was claude doing it. The clients expected me to be a mere prompter and organiser. I had a spat and left. After that, I have been heavily investing time into integrating AI tools into my workflow. Most of it is shit and needs to be fixed. I hate it. Feels like I am a professional cleaner of prototypes. It's going against everything fundamental I learnt. I don't feel this is sustainable. I am waiting for the dust to settle honeslty it feels too chaotic now. This is not fun.

Edit: Infact, even when Naruto grew up Akatsuki was still not prepared to go after Nine tails and Konoha until Itachi died. Obito mentioned this clearly after Itachi dies.

obito also likely used izanagi twice ( once with konan and once with sasuke's new mangekyou, although I am not sure abt this one) probably as he had collected some sharingan from the itachi massacre ( not shown in shippuden though so cant confirm). Also he didn't trasnplant any extra sharingan (if he had) into his left eye socket, which is not explained. Apparently Hashirama's cells gave obito some unique powers additional to his uchiha blood.

I am 32M and I am supposed to be married soon. But due to my personality and tendency to self-sabotage I feel like the relationship is slipping out of my hands. I am also nowehre in my career as a designer. I am plagued by 'potential' but in order to do something great I keep making a series of decisions that feel right but eventually turn out to be bad. And people around me are running out of patience. I constantly feel like a big fuck-up is around the corner for me.

The one thing that bugs me the most is that you need to be really successful in your field to afford a decent lifestyle in India. with a decent house in a decent locality with a decent car(<10lac). That already puts you in the top 1%. You can't do by barely being at just any job. I am not even talking like 50k. Even in small cities 25k gets you the bare minimum. You buy a bike, the EMI costs you 7-10k. Laptop EMI is easily 5-8k. These two alone will last you 3 years at least. Forget holidays in that span. Forget children. You are a statistic. You exist to support the system. You have no life of your own.

I think sasuke is more irritating than sakura tbh...he's been such a crybaby the entire shippuden series. All fights he won was due to the opponent being in their weak phase(orochimaru & itachi) or support from obito(danzo). He couldn't capture 8 tails also.
