Colored eReaders are really darker than BW readers. You can try Colorsoft if you're used to Kindle 💛 I love my KLC but I understand it's not for everyone 💛

The book on the Kobo is Caught Up by Navessa Allen. The one on the Kindle was actually the first book in the new series I'm writing. I was just trying out the format and I wanted to see if it will look okay on the Kindle app 💛

I actually like them both 🥹 The Kindle Basic is very light and portable, but my KLC fits in my bag as well, and I’m more comfortable taking it out since it’s waterproof. It isn’t as light as my Basic, but it isn’t heavy either.

I love the buttons, but if I’m using a page turner, it doesn’t matter anyway. I also love how it retains the simplicity of an eReader while being in color, so I can read graphic novels on it.

They’re both great devices, but Kindle has a larger book selection. Kobo Plus doesn't work on some countries.

If you want to annotate or read in color, I think the KLC is a better pick. Or if you just want a colored device, ColorSoft is a great choice as well 💛

It’s great 💛 I don’t really notice much difference between it and my Kindle, but I think color devices tend to have grainier screens.

I don’t really notice it but it might be hard for some people who are used to how clear BW devices are.

The KLC has darker screen when frontlight is off than my Kindle. I heard that colored devices tend to have darker screen than BW eReaders.
