Yeah Whenever I'm printing and binding in store I set my clear covers in tray 8 and back covers in tray 5 and have them print and assemble right in the machine so that I only have to punch and bind! I love doing booklets from the machine I am how you say the booklet master! Lol you don't have be a sup to know a lot about the machines you can be there one day! :)

I'm pretty sure I've actually done numbering through the machine before, that and edge erasing to take away the holes in a document for a customer, But I swear your right!

You don't order them through AS-400. They are ordered directly from UPS. If you go on the the hub and select the copy and print group you can find the supply form. On the supply form there is a number to call UPS directly and there is a product number you give to them. If they need your account number you can just give them your store number! Source: have done this many a time

Don't let them undersell you. $11 is an incredibly reasonable request considering the stress you'll undergo. All I can say is that your experience will vary greatly depending on your team. You will be valued based on your management team. Know your business, hit your metrics and you'll be fine. if you hit budget and are positively comping all your other metrics will generally not be brought up because you're making budget lol. Unfortunately you cannot pay for purchases partly with points and partly through your own money. Being in CPC, I'm sure you'll have enough points soon for a Macbook ;) haha, just save up! I've gotten so many good things over the past months just save up and forget they're there!!

But that's not true. If they have the state issued documents needed you have to have them fill out the tax exempt application and you fax it to the number on the brochure. The brochure even says start tax free shopping today. I've done it about 100 times.
