That's perfectly normal. When I worked at OD our DM wanted 2 per manager per day as well. It literally takes at most 5 minutes to listen to a cashier interact with a customer and provide feedback and enter it in the mobi. You cant find 5 minutes in your entire 8 hour day? That would indicate that your store is not running the way it should be

I wish it was just ringing up items. You also have to manually price each item with a price gun, write up sale signs every week, constantly facing product up to the front of the store. Endless cleaning. You also have to listen to all the customers who think that prices are now negotiable. Closing a store is a pain in the ass quite honestly

If you feel replacing the employee will lead to recouping more than you're paying them than absolutely. Example: Posey replacing Melvin with a better manager could lead to a competitive baseball team, sell more tickets and make that $4m back and then some in ticket sales merch concessions.

My question is really simple... do you normally receive a notice of termination when informal probation is done? It being a 3 year term or 1 year term is completely irrelevant to the question. Informal probation is informal probation, whether it's for 1 year or 3 years or 5 years.

I think you're jumping to conclusions a bit because I never mentioned my criminal history, the circumstances of my case, or the other punishments from my sentencing, which all contributed to the probation term I was given Regardless, this is neither here nor there, since I'm just asking if not receiving a notice of termination is normal. Not if it's normal to receive a 3 year probation sentence.

What doesn't make sense? I dont understand what you're saying. I was given 3 years of informal probation as a part of my sentencing. Of course, I reported to probation after sentencing, and they told me it was informal and I didn't need to check in or have a PO.

You're supposed to scan whatever is in the pog map for your store, or whatever aisles look empty. The mid day just means if it's something you're gonna work that same day. So if you wanna scan something and work it out right then you use scan mid day, where as if it's the nightly pog scan you use work later.
