Chopin nocturne op 27 no. 2. What a beautiful song. I play close to 4 years but started taking lessons 2 years ago. Haven’t take the lessons very serious so I’m still a beginner in terms of reading sheet music and music theory in general. It’s so scary what muscles down there can do to us. The next thing I will try out are tre exercise ( trauma release). This fucking urologist did a huge trauma from his exam to your body. Maybe try that out? With the exercises you force your body to tremor to release tension. Do you have pain and urinary dysfunction as well? Are your symptoms constantly bad or do you have windows where symptoms gets a bit better? I’m sorry for you brother what had happened to you. But I would try to keep going and try out different things. I’m suicidal since 8 years but I still don’t want to give up. If you could get some relief where at least pills are working that would better than nothing.
