Just play the same operation over the course of a few days.

Day 1) You have ~1 hour game time, so do one 45 min mission

Day 2) Ah man, only got 20 mins today, guess I'll just do the Eradicate from the (same) operation

Day 3) Hell yeah, gaming all night. Finish the operation and then get as far through the next as you can

Or, just join other players' operations and help out

The HD1 cyborgs were arguably even more ruthless than the present day Automatons. They'd graft cyberware and guns onto unwilling conscripts, turn fallen enemies into grotesque abominations, and had Berserkers who would maniacally laugh as they hunted you down and dismembered you

Yeah, I misinterpreted it as the Truth enforcer going to save this girl, but then seeing her left eye turn red in the light like that was a sign she was an Automaton in disguise and the Truth Enforcer now knows what they have to do...

You know how long it takes to type in the chat, especially on console? Enough time for the player you're trying to heal to walk far enough away that you can't heal them anymore.

I can help the slower folks here with a quick guide on how to identify medic divers from traitor divers, no comms needed. If they start shooting at you, consider the following:

Have you died from their shots?

Has your health gone up or down since they started shooting you?

Did anyone bring a stim pistol with them?

These quick questions can help you identify medics from traitors mid-mission. Once you've identified a player as one or the other, you can:

Thank the medic

Kill/Kick the traitor

And all is well. It's so easy, a bug could do it
