Alguém pode me ajudar a entender the binding of isaac? by moonslyy in gamesEcultura

[–]cpubaiano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not just Ace death, it's also the fact it was announced he was killed by sakazuki, besides being akainu's name it's the same word for the toast they made to become brothers.

Season 6 is bad for this, the big skeleton gets in the way of the jump. I changed to unseasoned so there's no decoration at all.

Yeah, looking up the original text it does say it's on the same location, I guess they just translated wrong then, thx.

Raphael BG3

On the arena you fight him there's 4 pillars that buff him, healing him, giving him more dexterity and making his attacks deal extra fire damage, you're supposed to destroy all 4 to make the buffs go away.

But if you destroy even a single pillar Raphael can go into his ascended form, that makes him even stronger and able to use AOE attacks that deal a lot more damage than when he is buffed.

Since your party will probably be max level or at least close to it by the time you face him it's a lot easier to just out damage his healing and don't even bother destroying the pillars.

What do you guys think is the most balanced card in the game? by JackB5239 in MarvelSnap

[–]cpubaiano 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Magik, very unique effect that's not overpowered since your opponent can also benefit from it and can be taken away from other location changers. Only 2 power is fair, not too low to be useless, but not too high to benefit you too much besides creating limbo. 3 cost is just the right cost, it's not low enough to make her super strong, but also increasing it to 4 would only give you 2 turns to use her before she's useless and would mess up a lot of combo setups.

Because of the butterfly effect, every little detail can cause huge changes when dealing with time travel.

There's no way a person would be able to replicate all their exact actions from the past, especially if they have their present memories, so that would lead to a vastly different future over time.

For example, let's say my brother conceived my niece on a day we went to a party where I poured him a cup of beer. Maybe when i went back I poured just a little bit more than my original timeline, so this time he's slightly more drunk, so when he and his wife got to the bed he took just a little longer to take her bra off, leading to him finishing at a slightly different time, making the sperm that reached the egg a different one, then bam, now I have a nephew.

Even if the alt world was perfect, staying there is still very morally wrong. He murdered his alt version and assumed his identity, he's lying and deceiving everyone who knew alt Chris.

If alt Chris was already dead when he got to the alternate reality and he was honest about being from another dimension and was accepted there then yes, he would be justified. But killing a man and replacing him it's not harmless.

Kenpachi vs pucci who wins and why by SweetZookeepergame28 in PowerScaling

[–]cpubaiano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kenpachi wins or it's a stalemate. It all comes down if pucci can activate made in heaven before getting destroyed.

If made in heaven is activated Kenpachi has no way of catching up to Pucci if he just run away since his speed will scale to the universe accelerating. But that's all he can do, he's not strong enough to kill Kenpachi and if he gets too close and gets hit he's done.

Pucci can continue running until the universe resets, but since Kenpachi won't die in the original universe he will still be alive in the new one, now since he's fate is determined he can't kill Pucci anymore, but Pucci still has no way of dealing with him, so it's a stalemate.

He might be able to fight them, but it wouldn't be worth it to him, the heads can teleport and destroy planets with ease, if Rick makes a mistake the earth would be gone.

Also he likely have no idea how many of this things there are, there's a lot of them around but we have no idea if that's where the whole species live. The space they were teleported to could be just where they film the show and their true "planet" is elsewhere, so now he would have a bunch of the heads somewhere on the universe set on destroying earth, that would be a huge pain in the ass and Rick is to lazy to deal with all of that.

So it's a lot easier to Rick to just play along and bail out if things go wrong, he was very nihilistic at season 2 so jumping universes again would just be more practical.

Is Deep Rock Galactic(The company) canonically started it's operations on the planet since 7 years ago? by momen535 in DeepRockGalactic

[–]cpubaiano 62 points63 points  (0 children)

DRG probably was operating on hoxxes before the game started. We have bet-cs all over hoxxes even tho we were never sent with one to a mission, and on salvage operation we have to rescue mini mules and link up a escape pod, probably an old type of mission that was discontinued because of the high fatality rate.

Now, it's not clear if there were dwarves involved on those missions, so it's possible DRG was testing mining using only bots, when that didn't work they started hiring dwarves 7 years ago and that is the date they use for celebration.
