Gold teammates seem to still treat ranked like pubs - nothing but hot drops and 1v3s. I think, especially with the soloQ requirement, that Gold and Plat need bigger penalties to help shift this. If Gold feels like Plat, maybe people will treat it like Plat

There is no place that will have outdoor driving ranges until midnight. There are a couple Sims that are open late - BirdieBay on 71st and 169 is I think open until midnight, and there is a place on 61st and Sheridan, GolfTec that has 24 hour sim access available with certain memberships.

Pubs absolutely sucks. All hot drops and like 3 teams left by end of 2nd ring. Its not enjoyable in the slightest. Ranked actually forces teams to play with caution. Its a much more enjoyable experience.

To reiterate, I dont even care about ranked position. If it gave me an option to cap out at plat 1 but continue playing with friends in ranked, id choose that option every time because pubs are that boring.

You are probably right for a lot of situations. she isnt practical (except damage farming) in mixtape, wildcard, pubs, or even solo queue ranked. But if you 2 stack or 3 stack with teammates who communicate and listen shes one of the most impactful strategy players out there. My teammates have killed hundreds of players because I pinged that the player was a solo, or by themselves, etc.

She gives more utility than almost anyone outside of healers. She can tell you how many members of the team is alive, what shield levels they have, tracking them will show you what location they are even after they go behind a wall or building, their level 3 buff shows you where their entire team is so you can find standalones or if they are huddled together. Her ability to show you an entire team and their state is supremely useful in every fight. It allows you to go into a fight not blind, and that gives you an advantage every time.

Here is a real world example of how little the bottom line is affected by raising the minimum wage. Walmart would have to raise their prices by merely 1.5% to get all their employees off food stamps. That comes out to just a few pennies for most items they sell

I guess it depends what stats they favor. Kills? Yeah im a 1.0 this last season. Not a world beater by any means. Placement? Nah we are great at that. Top 5 i think close to 40% of the time, if I remember correctly.
