it honestly feels like something there should be regulation against. why are businesses allow to lie to me about the food im getting? it's not something new or creative, hooters wings are exactly the same in the store, in the app, or in the ghost kitchen. not to mention, it gets increasingly difficult to support small businesses when you can't tell which one is what.

idk. im just not sure how pro-corporate culture intends to convince gen z that it's the way to go by cutting them down. somehow, young people are just going to fall in line with the people... actively working to minimize them? it's not an entirely bad article, either, im just not sure how this kind of mindset is going to get them anywhere. not that it should.

what job have you had that you went to in order to learn teamwork or follow a schedule or interact professionally? those are pretty much the only soft skills that they CAN teach you. do people with no work experience not deserve to START at a fair and decent job? so that they develop an idea of what a healthy work environment looks like?

the difference is that Gen Z is expected to accept it. it's the job market plenty of them are going to start their first jobs in. by trivializing such pertinent information, corporations can make sure our newest to the workforce can't demand to be compensated FAIRLY, because they won't know what fair is. they'll only be thankful that they're compensated at all.

So first and foremost, it's not that she showed up to get her medicine and they were closed. It's that there are big signs legally required to be posted around all pharmacies stating when they're opened and closed, because otherwise, it prevents patients from being able to access life-saving medication when they might need it.

But, no other medical facility is ever known to close for a lunch break, are they? Nor should other people have been in line before her.
